How to optimize traffic with key words

One of the hardest things to get for any new blog or web page is traffic. Traffic is essential to to making money on your blog. The most important part to getting traffic is to use KEYWORDS. Key words are vital in that they are the words that people will type into a search engine, when they are looking for a certain product or service online.

Take for examle, go to google and in the search box type in 'make money blogging'. You will see the results of this search brings up 171,000,000 results for that search. That is some pretty stiff competition. Now the key to keywords is to add another word or two into your title or blog name that makes your blog special.

For example Try "make money blogging with adsense".  Ah ha the results are only 32 other sites. Much better odds of getting traffic then the one hundred seventy two million, the first search gave you. So as you can see KEYWORDS are very vital to making your blog profitable.

One site that i found that is very helpful in your search for keywords to use is.  http://www.wordstream.com/. The best part about this site is that it is FREE. When i was checking out this site, i did a keyword search on several different niche type keywords. And i found that not only did i find out how my keywords rank, but it also gave me anywhere from 203-381 different word combinations, and ideas for keywords. As well as told me how well each of these combinations would work on a search engine.

Using this keyword search can help you save alot of time and headache in finding the right keywords to use to optimize your blog on ALL of the major search engines. Not to mention the disapointment, and the feeling of failure as you try the trail & error method to get traffic to your blog.

So remember that KEYWORD OPTIMIZATION is the most effective way to get traffic to your blog. Because with the right keyword(s) you can be alone, or with very little competition in search engine results. This will result in more traffic on your blog.
